Caspian is a rock band from Beverly, Massachusetts, a seaside town 20 minutes north of Boston. Nobody sings. Most of the time we play very loud. Other times, very soft. We always try to play with heart. So far we have recorded 2 albums. We want to play live as much as possible.
If you like Explosions, you’ll love these guys. My previous computer was named Caspian, and he’s one of my favorite characters from the Narnia novels.
Oo, thanks for the instrumental rock suggestion, I love that genre. You should check out some of these: 1980, a silver mt. zion / fly pan am / godspeed you! black emperor, grails, isis, pelican, red sparowes, russian circles, stars of the lid, this will destroy you
And then a few bands that sing, but still really worth checking out, and kind of in the same “progressive rock” genre:
minsk, old man gloom, porcupine tree, riverside, rosetta
Take care!
