Customer service gone shockingly right. A (familiar) story of a exchange/repair of a Nintendo product. I know it’s true because I’ve visited that same service center and received the same customer service. Twice, actually, for stupid DS Lite issues that would be considered “wear and tear” by most consumer electronic companies.
