On Catering

I’m a caterer. Some of the people I make food for are sitting at a lopsided table – which makes for an unpleasant eating experience, no matter where they get their food.

The question is this: Is it worth it for me to create a customized menu, equipped with plates and utensils that compensate for the table’s lopsidedness, for this segment of eaters?

I say no.

Motherfuton no.

POWERED by FUSION

I dig your analogy Sean. But the point isn’t necessarily to make everything work in IE6. It’s the attitude of joining in with the client and wanting the best for them. Hey, in some cases they may not want IE6 users.

I would wager that a person who grew up at a lopsided table, and doesn’t know anything better, sure would appreciate the opportunity to be served at your fine establishment.

That’s what makes you a rockstar, Noah. And for the record, I agree with your point.
