Geek & Mild by Sean Sperte

I’ve been demoing CSSEdit for the past few weeks, since version 2.5 was released. Every time I launch it I’m presented with a nag screen that says it’s in “tryout” mode, and reminds me to register it. I smile, and sometimes laugh, every time. Here’s why:

Registering CSSEdit produces endorphins. Endorphins make people happy. Happy people don't see nag screens.

A disruption in the Force I feel. Not registered you have. Make a choice you must. Use or use not, for try leads to the Dark Side.

Mom was on the telephone. She loves you, but told you to watch your vitamins and feed the cat. Oh, and to buy CSSEdit.

Research shows that registering CSSEdit can put a stop to nag screens. You're going to need a good salve, however, for that rash.

My name is Demo. When I grow up, I want to be a real registered application without a nag screen.
