Big news from the W3C. The Working Group responsible for XHTML 2 will not be renewed after it expires at the end of the year. This is big news for web developers, as it gives us a much clear direction for which to focus our energies: HTML 5.
Yah – kinda crazy. I was a fan of the strictness of XHTML but glad to have a clear direction to learn towards.
